5 Things Real Estate Agents Can Do for Free to Increase the Traffic You Receive from Your Listing.

1. Find and verify your existing listing. (If you are not listed, add your information as a new listing.)
2. Add your photo, or company logo, and make sure your contact information is correct.
3. Add your Agent bio in the space provided. Tell prospective clients why to work with you, give examples of how you can help them, add testimonials if you have them also. This space is yours to sell yourself, and your services. Fill it out as completely as you can!
4. Check the search keys that apply to you, so you can be found by clients using those same search keys.
5. Email all your existing clients, asking them to recommend you on Agentopolis. The more recommendations you get the higher you are ranked among all other agents in your city.

How to Move Your Listing Closer to the Top of the List for Free

Here’s what determines how close to the top you show up when a prospective client searches for a new Real Estate Agent in your selected city.
First, all non verified listings are sorted alphabetically by Agent last name. As soon as a listing is verified, it moves up above all other non verified listings, still alphabetically.
When a listing receives a recommendation, it then moves up above all non-verified, and verified listings, and is ranked above all other listings with no recommendations. This is why it is so important for you to get as many recommendations as possible, from your clients and peers.
If there are no featured Agent listings in your selected city, you can keep your listing number 1, but as soon as an Agent purchases one of the Top 25 featured positions, that Agent will always appear above all other non featured listings, regardless of the number of recommendation that they have.

How to Upgrade into the Top 25 Featured Listings

If you want your listing to appear above all other Agents by city search, verified, non verified and regardless of the number of recommendations received, you can select either a Silver, or Gold upgrade. A Silver upgrade, $19.99 per month keeps you in the top 25 listings by city, and these top 25 featured listings are randomly sorted each time the page is viewed by the city search selected.
