How to Move Your Listing Closer to the Top of the List for Free

Here’s what determines how close to the top you show up when a prospective client searches for a new Real Estate Agent in your selected city.

First, all non verified listings are sorted alphabetically by Agent last name. As soon as a listing is verified, it moves up above all other non verified listings, still alphabetically.

When a listing receives a recommendation, it then moves up above all non verified, and verified listings, and is ranked above all other listings with no recommendations. This is why it is so important for you to get as many recommendations as possible, from your clients and peers.

If there are no featured Agent listings in your selected city, you can keep your listing number 1, but as soon as an Agent purchases one of the Top 25 featured positions, that Agent will always appear above all other non featured listings.
